A San Antonio nursing home may be in quite a bit of trouble after someone posted a photo of a neglected resident, covered in vomit. Apparently, a man named Jacob went to visit his uncle, when he noticed the woman sitting in a wheelchair in a hallway. He left and returned about 2 hours later and she was there, covered in vomit. Later, he saw towels tossed on the floor and on her, but she wasn't helped. When Jacob requested help for the woman, they said they would assist her when they "had time." Jacob posted a photo of the woman (covering her face, for privacy). Allegedly, an administrator at the nursing home called him to say that the family had been contacted and to take down the photos, for privacy. However, Jacob later heard from the woman's family, who thanked him for bringing attention to this situation, and asked him to leave the photos up. This situation is still under investigation and lawyers are trying to gather facts before proceeding with any potential case. MySA

Selena Gomez has been hospitalized twice in the last 2 weeks. Sources say that she suffered an "emotional breakdown." Before we all run to point to the seemingly obvious "this is about Bieber's marriage" excuse, know that she was hospitalized for medical reasons. Both times, she had a low white blood cell counts, which is a side effect of having a kidney transplant (a procedure she had last year following lupus complications). She apparently had a panic attack while in the hospital that led to the "breakdown." She is now seeking treatment for her emotional health. Not matter what the reason for her emotional distress is... we're pulling for her and hope she feels better soon!

Real Housewive's star, Teresa Giudice's husband, Joe will be deported to Italy after he finished his prison sentence. Joe and Teresa were both sentenced for wire and bankruptcy fraud. Teresa served her sentence first, at the prison that the Netflix show Orange Is The New Black, was based off of. If Joe is in fact deported, Teresa and her daughters plan to remain in the US. The judge in Joe's case said: "Based upon the law, I find you deport able and ineligible for any kind of relief ... Mr. Giudice, no matter how this turns out, I wish you the best. I decided this case as a matter of law." People
