For the second year in a row, a study by U.S. News just named Austin as the best place to live in the United States. San Antonio wasn't too far behind at 14! The survey described San Antonio as "as comfortable as an old pair of jeans." Okay, fine."

Video footage of Cleveland NBA player Tristan Thompson was just released, showing him cheating on pregnant Khloe Kardashian. The video was allegedly recorded back in October when Khloe was 3 months along. ANOTHER video of Tristan taking a woman to his hotel room was also released. People

Silicon Valley and Deadpool actor, T.J. Miller was arrested for calling in a fake bomb threat on an Amtrak train. He called in and said:

"I am worried for everyone on that train. Someone has to check that lady out,”

When authorities arrived, he allegedly smelled of alcohol and was slurring words. He also gave the incorrect train number. Neither train had explosives on board. Officers charged him with INTENTIONALLY conveying false information to law enforcement. He could get up to 5 years in prison, but was released on $100,000 bond. MORE HERE

Similarly, Green Bay Packers player, Trevor Davis, was arrested on a trip to Hawaii when a ticket agent asked a routine safety question about whether or not there were any aerosols, fireworks, or explosives in his luggage. Trevor replied "yes" and then turned to his female travel companion and jokingly asked " Did you pack the explosives." That joke was enough to arrest him for making a false bomb threat. ABC
