In response to growing concerns over "13 Reasons Why," Netflix has upped the warnings for the show.

Things between Rosie O'Donnell and her daughter have gone from bad to worse! About two years ago, Rosie reported her (then 17 year old) daughter Chelsea missing. Chelsea was later found in the house of an older man with an arrest record, but no charges were filed because she was there willingly. Recently, Chelsea described an incident where Rosie asked to see Chelsea's tattoo after having spyware placed on her phone and tracking her to a tattoo parlor. When Chelsea refused to show her, Rosie chased her with a wine bottle, trying to rip off her clothes, and threatening to hit her and call the police. Chelsea is now married and Rosie claims that her husband has been trying to extort her for $9,000. Rosie also responded to Chelsea's recent interview by saying:
"Chelsea is mentally ill. Has been in and out of hospitals most of her life. Born addicted to heroin. She has had a tough road...She is very sick. She is not capable of truth or reason." E! Online
