FruitMix, a local ice cream shop posted a video of this Barbacoa & Big Red Rolled Ice Cream creation and well, confused a lot of San Antonians! Are we curious?! Of course! Are we pretty sure that mashing up a barbacoa taco, dousing it with big red, and blending it with ice cream would make for a pretty gross treat? Yup. Manuel Quintana, owner of the shop has come forward to say the video was a joke and a "one time thing." He went on to confirm that it "does not taste good at all."
