Calvin Harris, Venus Williams, Lady Gaga

Last year, following his breakup with Taylor SwiftCalvin Harris went on a Twitter rant against her, after she revealed that she had in fact collaborated with Calvin on the song "This Is What You Came For," even though she used a fake name. They had been in disagreement over whether or not to even release the song. Calvin tweeted and deleted:

"I figure if you're happy in your new relationship you should focus on that instead of trying to tear your ex bf down for something to do"

and

"I know you're off tour and you need someone new to try and bury like Katy [Perry] ETC but I'm not that guy, sorry. I won't allow it."

In a recent interview, Calvin said he regrets those tweets:

"It was completely the wrong instinct... I was protecting what I see as my one talent in the world being belittled. It felt like things were piling on top of me and that was when I snapped."

He continued:

"When we were together, we were very careful for it not to be a media circus... She respected my feelings in that sense. I'm not good at being a celebrity. But when it ended, all hell broke loose. Now I see that Twitter thing as a result of me succumbing to pressure." E! Online

There were early reports claiming that tennis star Venus Williams was involved in a fatal crash, that was her fault. Now, her lawyers have released a statement saying that she proceeded into an intersection on a green light. She had been traveling at about 5 m.p.h. when someone else crashed into her. A 78 year old man died as a result of the accident. The original police report faulted Venus. Apparently, she was trying to get through a green light, when a traffic jam stranded her in the intersection. She proceeded through, since she had been left exposed and that's when she was hit. TMZ

Lady Gaga stopped by a middle school to surprise students as part of a Staples commercial for education. The commercial was not scripted and she made the appearance to promote her "Born This Way" foundation and DonorsChoose.org. Check it out!
